1. Returns & Exchanges Window

We accept return and exchange requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, your items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original premium packaging with hallmark tags intact.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will offer a free replacement or complete refund. Please notify us on WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours of delivery with photographic/video proof of the damaged item.
